Stop using "Password123!" One vault, one master password, MFA everywhere.

What's included

Fixed scope. Written deliverables.

Every line below is in the Statement of Work. We don't expand scope mid-project; we don't shrink it. If something needs to change, we agree it in writing.

  • Tenant setup (1Password Business or Bitwarden Teams — your choice)
  • Policy design (password complexity, vault sharing, recovery)
  • Recommended shared vault structure for your team
  • One-hour all-staff training session
  • Two documentation packs: admin guide + user guide

Frequently asked

About this project specifically.

1Password Business or Bitwarden Teams — which should I pick?
1Password Business ($AU 12.95/user/mo): better UX, polished mobile apps, good for non-technical teams. Bitwarden Teams ($AU 6/user/mo): cheaper, open-source, sufficient if your team is technical. We make the recommendation in the first 30 minutes — and the $900 setup fee is the same either way.
What about people who just write passwords on a notepad — will they actually use this?
Honest answer: not without a 1-hour all-staff training session, which is why it's included. We show how the browser extension auto-fills passwords (faster than the notepad) and how the mobile app handles login from phones (faster than typing). For most teams, by week 2 the resistance is gone.
Does this replace MFA or work alongside it?
Works alongside. The password manager stores the password; MFA still protects login. Both 1Password and Bitwarden also store TOTP MFA codes if you want a single-app experience for non-Microsoft sites.
