What's included

Fixed scope. Written deliverables.

Every line below is in the Statement of Work. We don't expand scope mid-project; we don't shrink it. If something needs to change, we agree it in writing.

  • Single sign-on configured for 5 SaaS apps via Microsoft Entra ID
  • SCIM auto-provisioning where the app supports it (accounts created and removed automatically as people join and leave)
  • User acceptance testing
  • Documentation handover
  • Recommended app shortlist: Xero, MYOB, Dropbox, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe, Atlassian, Asana, Monday, Canva, GitHub, and ~50 others on the Entra catalogue

Frequently asked

About this project specifically.

What 5 SaaS apps should I start with?
For most Australian SMBs the highest-leverage starter set is: Xero or MYOB, your CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), Slack or Teams, Dropbox or Google Drive, and Zoom. We pick yours based on which apps your team logs into most often and which support SCIM provisioning (so accounts auto-create and auto-remove). After launch, each additional app added costs $250.
Will my team have to re-learn anything?
No — login UX gets simpler, not more complex. Users sign in once via Microsoft (the same login they already use for Outlook / Teams) and the SaaS apps just open. We run a 30-minute walkthrough during user acceptance testing so the change is announced, not surprised.
What if an app I need isn't in the Entra catalogue?
About 50 apps are in the catalogue with full SSO + SCIM support. For apps outside the catalogue we'll tell you upfront and either substitute a similar app, configure SAML manually if the app supports it (no SCIM in that case), or scope the project to your other 5.
