Real prices. 25% below the Melbourne benchmark.

Per user, per month, GST included. Switch tiers any time. 30-day exit, no questions, no penalty. Same security stack as Pronet, Affinity, KMTech — different overhead.

Why we can be 25% cheaper than Pronet

Not because we cut corners. Because we run lean on purpose.

Melbourne's only mid-size MSP that publishes its prices is Pronet, with an entry tier of $105/user/month. Our Essential plan is $79 — a full 25% lower.

We use the same backup vendors (immutable backup in Sydney), the same endpoint security stack (SentinelOne / Bitdefender / Defender), the same Microsoft Solutions Partner-aligned baselines, and the same Sydney-region cloud infrastructure. Same outcomes, not a stripped version.

The price difference comes from how we run, not what we run: no commission-paid sales team, no franchise royalties, no three layers of management. Just a deliberately small operator passing the saved overhead back to you.

Frequently asked

What people actually ask about the price.

Are you too cheap to trust? How do you keep service quality at 25% below the benchmark?
Fair question — here's the direct answer. Our Essential plan is $79/user/month, 25% below Pronet ($105) — the only mid-size Melbourne MSP that publishes its rates. The discount is NOT from cutting service. We use the same security tools (SentinelOne EDR, Microsoft Solutions Partner-aligned baseline), the same Sydney-region immutable backup, the same Melbourne-local helpdesk. The discount comes from three concrete operational choices: no commission-paid sales reps, no franchise royalties, and a single-layer management structure. We deliberately stay small and pass the saved overhead through. If you don't trust the 'small enough to be cheaper' logic, look at our Standard plan at $119 — still 25% below Pronet's mid-band $160, but with the customer volume to show we're not a 1-person shop.
Do you partner with audit firms?
Yes — this is one of our two primary 2026 channels. We've productised an offer specifically for the audit-firm referral scenario: Essential 8 ML2 Uplift Sprint, $22,000 fixed, 12 weeks. If your client just received a long remediation report from KPMG / Deloitte / Pitcher Partners / BDO, we've designed the workflow for exactly that handover. Weekly status reports formatted for the audit firm, bound evidence pack at the end. See /audit-firm-partners for the full pitch.
What's the difference between Lite ($39/device) and Essential ($79/user)? How do I choose?
Simplest distinction: Lite charges per device (a laptop = $39, a phone = $39); Essential charges per user regardless of device count. Pick Lite if your team is 1–3 people, you have fewer devices than people (e.g., 3 staff sharing 2 laptops), and you don't mind email replies in 1–2 business days. Pick Essential if you have 5+ staff, each with their own laptop + phone, and need same-business-day email replies. Tell us your team and device count via /quote — we'll send a 24-hour written recommendation, no sales call.
Can we co-manage with our existing IT provider?
Yes — co-managed engagements are common, especially in audit-referral scenarios. A typical pattern: keep your existing MSP for day-to-day support, bring us in for the one-off Essential 8 ML2 Uplift Sprint (or any project work). Once the project ships, you decide whether to consolidate or keep both. We do not require an immediate full transition.
Why publish 29 prices when no one else publishes 6?
Because hiding the number wastes everyone's time. We've put 29 prices on this page — 4 recurring tiers, 1 flat-fee bundle, 3 cloud migration projects, 7 identity & productivity projects (new in v5), 4 cyber/compliance projects, 2 cloud productivity projects, 2 annual retainers, 5 backup add-on lines, plus the per-device Lite tier. No Melbourne MSP currently publishes more than 6. If we're outside your budget you'll know in 30 seconds, and we won't have wasted three weeks of yours. The 7 identity projects in particular activate Microsoft 365 capabilities you're already paying for.
Can I mix tiers across users?
Yes. Some clients put principals on Secure+ and the wider team on Standard. We model the blend with you and bill at the per-user rate of each tier.
What happens at month 13? Does the price jump?
No bait-and-switch. Pricing is reviewed annually, capped at CPI + 2%. Any increase is communicated 60 days in advance with a written explanation, and if you don't like it the 30-day exit still applies.
How does the 30-day exit work?
Email us. We give 30 days' notice, transfer admin credentials, hand over a documented inventory of every system and integration, and brief your next provider for free. No penalty, no escrow, no hostage data.
How do I know I will actually get a same-business-day email reply?
Founder-led operation. Every email comes to a real person. We log every inbound and report response time back to you in your monthly health summary, so you can see your actual reply latency. If we ever miss same-business-day, the next month is free — written into the engagement letter.
Are GST and surcharges included?
All listed prices include GST. There are no per-ticket surcharges, no after-hours fees on Secure+, and no hidden licence-margin markup.
