Do you handle the M365 licensing as a CSP?

Yes. Most clients buy through us at the Microsoft list price + GST (no markup). The advantage: one consolidated bill, we can right-size licences, and you get our help recovering credits when Microsoft changes plan structures (which they do annually). If you prefer the direct Microsoft relationship, that's fine too — we just operate the tenant.

What about Google Workspace?

We support Google Workspace day-to-day, but we'll be honest: 95% of our work is in the Microsoft ecosystem because that's where most Australian SMB tooling sits. If you're Google-first we can manage you, but if you're asking us to recommend, M365 is usually a cleaner fit unless your team is already deeply on Google.
